"Accountability for Your Fitness Plan, the Secret Weapon to Your Success"

The best fitness plan and diet in the world is a total waste of time unless you can follow through on the plan consistently.

One of the biggest benefits of working with me at SpotFit is the accountability we place in each other when we start your program.

What other trainers fail to realize is that accountability is a 2-way street. First - and most importantly - you need to be held accountable for your eating, workout and rest and I need to be accountable to you, to make sure you follow through on your actions and you get the maximum benefit from our time together.

Before we begin your fitness program, we'll sit down together and layout the groundwork about how our partnership will work; and we'll both sign our names on the contract so there's no mistake about who is responsible for what.

Once we're on the same page, I'll give you a copy of my two exclusive tracking diaries to help make your job a piece of cake (no pun intended).

Food Diary
I can't emphasize enough, the importance of a high-quality diet. It's one of the 3 components of my Synergy 3 training program. You'll be tracking your diet during our time together, and I'll teach you simple steps you can take to increase your results dramatically.

Workout Diary
Your workout log will contain a detailed account of each workout you perform on the days we meet to train. Good record keeping of each exercise and every repetition equal great results. I'll track your workouts for you and go over them at predetermined intervals to show your progress.

Additionally, if you're training a day or two per week on your own, you will be held accountable for filling out the workout diary so we keep you on track towards your goal.

Respecting Each Others Time
We both know it's inevitable that you'll likely miss one of our sessions together during your program, hey it's called" life".

It's important to remember that in order to get the maximum benefit from our time together, we both need to respect each other's time. Once a session is missed by either either of us there can be a domino effect that may lead to hard feelings and frustration.

A respectful commitment to arriving on time and not canceling at the last minute will ensure that your entire program will be much more successful and productive.

There's no need to feel intimidated by this process, as I developed it to help you get the most out of your training with me and to help you build a strong foundation on which all your future fitness efforts can be built upon.

It's been my experience that being accountable for your actions (and me with mine) will help you improve your results up to 75%.
